The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has made it mandatory for the vehicles sold before 2019 to have an HSRP and a colour-coded sticker. A High-Security Registration Plate (HSRP)<\/a> has a chromium-based hologram of Ashoka Chakra in blue colour on the top left corner.
