RTO CC Form: Clearance Certificate<\/h1>\n

If the owner wishes to remove or sell his or her car from the jurisdiction of the State’s Registering Authority. The owner must submit an application for a clearance certificate on plain paper to the Registering Authority where the vehicle is registered, along with the necessary documents: Registration Certificate, Insurance Certificate<\/a>, Tax Card, Permit, and Fitness Certificate<\/a> (in the event of a transport vehicle) will be required, as well as the payment of any tax arrears.<\/span><\/p>\n

To get a clearance certificate issued you can fill out the form using the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The first thing you need to do is fill out the \u201cFrom\u201d address of the RTO<\/a> that the vehicle is being transferred from. It can be found at the top left corner of the form.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The next thing you need to do is fill out the Place and Date of the form that is being filled.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Next, fill in the address of the RTO that the vehicle is being transferred to.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The subject is to be filled as, \u201cIssue of Clearance Certificate\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
