PNB Bank FASTag Charges & Fees

A FASTAg issuance fee, threshold amount and security deposit have to be paid in order to purchase the Punjab National Bank FASTag. The issuance fee is Rs 100, the threshold amount i.e. the minimum recharge amount required to activate the FASTag is Rs 200 and the security deposit is also Rs 200. The security deposit is refundable at the time of FASTag account closure. Both security deposit and threshold amount vary according to the type of vehicle.

Yes, it is possible to buy a PNB FASTag from (Point of Sales) POS located at the toll plazas or the bank branches. A customer has to carry original as well as a copy of their KYC document and the vehicle.

The minimum recharge amount for a PNB FASTag is Rs 100. You can complete your recharge and add money to the wallet using the debit card, credit card, Internet banking, UPI, etc.

Apart from the customer web portal facility provided by Punjab National Bank, the FASTag can be managed from “My FASTag App”. The app can be downloaded on your mobile phone. It works on both iOS and Android smartphones. Once the app is downloaded, enter your login details to manage your account.
A 2.5% of cashback/discount is given to the FASTag user after every transaction made from the PNB FASTag. The cashback is usually credited within a week’s time.
