React Developer

Min. experience 2 years

Loconav, a Sequoia Capital backed product startup is looking for React Developers to help us expand our product as well as scale the existing product.

Loconav is India's leading Vehicle Management & IOT platform and We are bringing together the power of our proprietary technology and wide reach to change India's fleet management landscape. We collect and process over 150 million data-points every day and provide real-time analytics on this data.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying large scale applications in React.js
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES 5 & ES 6).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript prototypes, callbacks, promises, DOM manipulation, Server Side Rendering and Service Workers.
  • Experience with Node.js is a plus.
  • Passion for learning new things, solving challenging problems.
  • Prior experience of product based startups is a plus.

Executive - Inside Sales

Min. experience 1-5 years

Role Description

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls/emails to enterprise clients
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM

International Sales Manager

Min. experience 1-3 years

Role Description

  • Works directly with the Senior Members in the Business Team to grow LocoNav's client base across the world.
  • Be responsible for the entire lead generation; Initial discussion with the clients and taking it to a Closure.
  • Design an overall Merchant strategy (encompassing both hunting and farming motion), followed by implementation and execution of the plan to ensure Business Objectives are achieved
  • Requires a very high level of Responsibility and Self-Motivation. The individual will own both long and short term business objectives, and geo/channel expansion plan.
  • Form relationships with key organizations/influencers vital to the long-term growth of the brand in the country.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is Mandatory. Knowing a foreign language would be a plus point.
  • Strong Business Acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal Skills, Adaptability, Energetic, Result-oriented and a Team player.
  • Ability of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track records in International SaaS Sales and in informal leadership.
  • Ability to build connections, credibility and exert influence in the markets.
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Experience of 2- 5years in Saas Sales (preferably International SaaS sales) would be required.
Sales Manager - FasTag

Min. experience 1-5 years

Role Description

  • Pre-sale business development pipeline creation that includes researching and qualifying prospects.
  • Proactively interact with potential customers over the phone to assess needs, follow-ups, and getting to decision makers.
  • Travel and handle sales meetings and presentations
  • Must be well versed in professional email communications
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact to closing the deal, and ensure proper after-sales service
  • Work towards meeting sales goals and regularly report on progress to management
  • Synthesize feedback from the field into product and platform enhancement suggestions for the engineering team
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Assist management team in ensuring efficient progress of workflow and transforming business visions into reality

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in marketing, sales, business development, related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Prior experience in fastags sales preferred
