RTO Form 7: Form For Driving Licence (Laminated/Smart Card Type)

How to fill RTO Form 7?

RTO Form 7 is divided into 2 parts. A step-by-step guide to completing out Form 30 is provided below:

• Attach your passport size photograph on the top right corner.
• Enter your Driving License Number and the Date of Issue that you have received from the RTO.
• Mention the applicant’s name, father’s name, and entire address as listed on the address proof enclosed with the application in part 1 (which is for the transferor’s use). In this section, married Indian women can additionally write their husband’s name.
• Next, fill in your address, citizenship, date of birth along with the class of your vehicle and its issue date.
• Now you need to fill in your blood group, affix your thumb impression, along with the signature and identification of the issuing authority.
• In the 2nd part of the form, you need to fill in all the details from part 1 and the vehicle type description, there comes a certificate of inspection and an official endorsement. In this place, the Inspecting Authority affixes his signature and date, as well as the registration number.
• Finally, both the Financer and the Registered Owner sign Form 7 in the final section. The Financer receives this acknowledgment from the Registering Authority via registered mail.
