RTO Form 33: Intimation Of Change Of Address For Recording In The Certificate Of Registration And Office Records

Vehicle owners may occasionally change their addresses and shift their vehicles from one location to another. If you’re moving within the same state, you can use RTO Form 33 to notify the state of your new address. The new address will be registered in the Registration Certificate by the Registering Authority. If your car is on a hire-purchase, lease, or hypothecation agreement, you will need to duplicate this form. How to fill RTO Form 33?

There are three elements to RTO Form 33. The first portion contains the applicant’s personal information, the second section contains the Financier’s approval to the change of residence, and the third section contains an official endorsement of this procedure. A step-by-step guide to completing Form 33 is provided below.

• Enter the name of the Registering Authority under whose authority you want to record the new address in the upper left-hand corner of Form 33.
