Cellphone Distraction Warning
What is it?
If the driver is driving above a custom threshold speed for over 10s with the phone held to the driver’s ear, both the driver and fleet manager are alerted.
How does it work?
- The driver-facing camera is programmed to detect mobile phone usage.
- Whenever the cellphone is held to the ear for longer than 10s above the custom threshold speed.
- The system then immediately issues an alert to the driver and fleet manager to help take remedial measures.
Why is it useful?
- Promotes Safe Driving
When the Cellphone Distraction Warning is triggered, the driver gets the chance to course correct and drive more safely. Parallelly, the fleet manager is also alerted so he/she can coach drivers and cultivate a safer driving culture.
- Prevents Traffic Violations

Drowsy Driving Warning
What is it?
If the software judges the driver to be drowsy, an alert is issued to both the driver and the fleet manager.
How does it work?
- The software analyses the driver’s eye blink rate and judges whether the driver is drowsy or not.
- If the driver is judged to be drowsy while driving above the custom threshold speed, the software alerts the driver and fleet manager.
Why is it useful?
- Prevents Risky Driving
By identifying a drowsy driver, the Drowsy Driving Warning significantly reduces risky driving behaviour.
- Prevents Driver Fatigue Related Accidents
Driver fatigue is an inevitable event. But the risks of distracted driving can be limited with Drowsy Driving Warning. Once alerted, the driver can take a break and rest. This significantly minimizes the number of Driver Fatigue Related Accidents.
